Due to the nature of dropshipping, returns are unavailable unless the garment is faulty, so please double-check your size before placing your order

Change of mind purchases can not be refunded, exchanged, or given store credit

Stock from the supplier may at times become out of stock, so alternatives may be suggested via email or placed on back order 

Faulty merchandise must be advised within 7 days of receiving your order 

No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receiving your order.

IItem/s must be in the original packaging and returned in new condition - free from all stains and fragrances, including makeup, fake tan, perfumes, and body odour. 

To return a faulty product:

1. Email us and request a return label and address. Please include your order number and the item (s) you wish to return in your email, along with any issues you've found with the product. You will then be notified of an outcome
